Set of four mid 20th century Japanese Chinoiserie panels in black lacquered wood with gilded backgrounds, featuring pairs of female Geisha figures in traditional attire holding scrolls, tea sets, instruments, fans, under a variety of trees, delicately carved from soapstone, coral, malachite and other semi-precious stones.
