Baker Georgian Mahogany Serpentine Bowfront Armoire Wardrobe Linen Press Dresser

Description

1980s Baker Furniture Georgian Style Armoire or Wardrobe. Made from mahgoany with a serpentine bowfront and chamfered stiles with striped inlay terminating into a rams tongue. The cabinet opens to a linen press format with shelves for clothing over lower cubbies. The bottom portion has three dovetailed drawers with ornate brass bail hardware. The crown showcases a carved dentil molding over a band of fluting. Base is supported by bracket feet. Marked along the backside 4506,407-2.

Condition

Good Vintage Condition; Gentle wear from use and age. The Baker tag came loose at some point from the inside of the drawer and is no longer with it.
