Circa mid 20th century oil on canvas painting depicting choppy crashing waves under a colorful partly cloudy sky. Signed, lower right. Gilt and green painted beveled wood and gesso frame; white linen mat.

Wansink - Born in 1920. Studied at the Academies of Art in arnhem and Amsterdam. Ever since his first exhibition, his works scored great successes at home and abroad. He paints his seascapes in colourful tones.
