Adaptation of 1930s Campari Ad Original Oil by Ralph Richards Art Deco Landscape

Description

This painting was done in trade for the use of Daniel Adams' Paris apartment, by artist Ralph (Andy) Richards. The general subject was an adaptation of a 1930's Campari ad. A martini glass was substituted for the Campari glass since Adams doesn't drink Campari. The background reflects the four places Adams had property and spent time.

New Orleans: Cafe du Monde and St. Louis Cathedral
Dayton: an old airplane
Paris: Eiffel Tower
Pensacola: beach and trademark beachball motif water tower in the parking lot for the main beach
