Vintage Mt. Airy walnut French Provincial / Country lowboy chest, dresser or stand featuring rectangular serpentine form with two drawers, brass hardware and cabriole legs. 2483.

Mount Airy of North Carolina's roots go back to 1888 when the lumber and woodworking industry was booming. They had three large factories and quickly evolved into specialized furniture suites. They enjoyed a successful run until 1997 when a fire completely destroyed their facilities.
