William Hogarth Reproduction painting, aptly titled The Humours of an Election II : Canvassing for Votes, circa last quarter of the 20th century. The original was painted in 1755 and is currently on display at Sir John Soane's Museum, London.
The oil painting offers a whimsical view of a cityscape showing patrons voting in a village. The painting has natural craquelure to give the sign of age. Signed lower right, unknown. Ornately framed with scalloping and a gold finish.

Good Overall; there are a few cracks in the frame towards the top. These do not affect its ability to be hung and displayed.
