Antique Mongolian round woven willow basket with hinged lid, with hand painted band around the middle and a hasp latch. These primitive baskets were carried by horses and camels to carry grain, rice and other foods. Circa 1900s.

Good Antique Condition - Top and bottom dented/bowed inward; wear to painted border; tarnish/rusting to metal; see pictures
