Exquisite and Rare antique American Chippendale Period secretary writing desk or Escritoire. Made from maple featuring a flip top that opens to a fan carved interior and multiple drawers for file storage. The case is constructed via hand dovetailed joinery featuring four drawers and original Batwing style hardware with serpentine bracket feet.

Condition

Good antique condition, wear and distressing commensurate with age and use, edge wear, staining, splitting, missing corner piece on top drawer.
