Monumental antique life size chef or baker statue. Carved of wood in the style of a cigar store figure, featuring a tall chef with traditional French kitchen attire holding a rolling pin. Acquired in France in the 1980s from an old restaurant where this statue greeted customers in the entrance for decades.

Condition

Good antique condition, very solid structurally, wear and distressing commensurate with age and use, finish loss, splitting, cracking.
