Pair of World War II era steel and glass nautical / ship lanterns by the Birmingham Engineering Company Ltd, circa early to mid 1940’s, converted / repurposed as a set of table lamps. Brass plaque above glass reads “Masthead Patt. 25A” (missing on one lantern). Knob on handle marked W.T.G. French wired. New off-white shades distributed by the Nantucket Distributing Co.
