Mid 20th century watercolor on paper painting of a south western white stucco cottage with a tile roof and brick porch with columns. Signed and dated 1949 in lower right corner. Originally framed September 23, 1955 by Andy Chuka Picture Framing of Phoenix, Arizona. Framed in a gilded beveled frame with beaded and ribbon twist details.
