Description

Early 20th century Limoges porcelain serving dish / vanity tray by Alfred Klingenberg and Charles Dwenger. Long oval shape with scalloped edges and pierced handles. Gilded border. Sprays of pink, yellow, and green flowers. Mark used circa 1900-1910.

"Alfred Klingenberg operated a porcelain factory and decorating studio in Limoges beginning in the 1880s. His company merged with Charles Dwenger’s decorating studio in the 1890s. The company went out of business in 1910." (Source: Kovels / E Fine Antiques)
