Vintage Thomas J Strickland oil painting on canvas showing a portrait of a young woman with brown hair, dressed in white and blue. Signed upper right. Distressed wood frame with off-white linen mat and gilt inner border.

Thomas J Strickland b.1932 - 1999 was born in Keyport New Jersey and is known for portrait, still life paintings. Strickland studied at the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts, the American Art School, and the National Academy of Fine Arts in New York.
