Mushroom shaped lamp crafted of swirling blue, white, and purple slag glass framed with ornate filigree brass designs of vines, flowers, birds and chinoiserie vases. Two light upper portion with pull chains. Individually illuminated base with button switch. Attributed to Bradley & Hubbard.
