Description

Large vintage copy of the Hemisphaerium Coeli Boreale historical celestial map. It depicts the constellations of the Northern Hemisphere based on classical Greek mythology and early astronomical data. The original map was notably published by the Homann Heirs in Nuremberg, Germany, around 1710–1742. It features decorative vignettes of celestial monsters, animals, and mythological figures surrounding the central circular chart.
