Antique Victorian Eastlake Walnut Burl Marble Washstand Chest Cabinet Stand

Description

This antique Victorian Eastlake washstand is a classic late 19th-century bedroom piece constructed from rich walnut with walnut burl accents and a white marble top. The asymmetrical storage layout includes a full-width upper drawer with a central keyhole, two stacked side drawers, and a single recessed-panel cabinet door. Characterized by incised geometric line carvings and fluted side pilasters, the drawer fronts retain their ornate, original brass batwing bail pulls. The cabinet rests on a solid plinth base that still rides on its historic, functional metal wheel casters.
