Vintage Chapman Gustavian Distressed Pine Longcase Grandfather Case Clock Spain

Description

Gustavian inspired longcase clock by Chapman, circa last quarter 20th century. Made from distressed pine with a diminutive long paneled case. The round face of the clock is protected by a glass window and surrounded by acanthus leaf carvings. The crown of the clock is highlighted by a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The carved areas of the clock are enhanced by a gold finish. The mechanism is battery powered. Marked Chapman made in Spain.
