Antique Late Victorian side by side secretary desk and curio bookcase by Skandia Furniture Company, circa 1900s. Made of oak featuring a serpentine backsplash over a glass front bookcase and drop front secretary with carved details below mirror. The secretary opens to a clean writing surface with a drawer and cubbies. Includes a larger lower drawer and cabinet for storage.

Skandia Furniture Company was founded in 1889 and specialized in dining room and library furniture. The company was located in Rockford, Illinois.
