Vintage Japanese Todana Tansu Storage Cabinet Console Chest Nightstand Side Table

Description

Mid Century Japanese Todana Tansu. Features a rectangular mortise and tenon frame made from elm with two sliding doors that open to three drawers with ming style hardware and accessory storage. These were traditional mobile storage cabinets were often kept in fireproof storehouses. They often were set over wheels which made them easy to move during fires.

Good Condition; General wear from use and age. Some finis wear and fading.
