An antique Late Victorian Empire inspired sleigh bed frame. Crafted from quartersawn oak, displaying a heavily figured Tiger oak grain pattern enhanced by a glossy honey-amber finish. The piece features a classic, minimalist profile defined by its sweeping, cylindrical rolled top rails on both the headboard and the matching footboard. The main body of the bed is composed of large, flat oak panels that showcase the dramatic, shimmering ray-fleck wood patterns inherent to quartersawn timber. The headboard is supported by subtly curved, out-swept bracket legs, while the footboard transitions into straight, minimalist corner posts. The posts are connected by metal rails. Fits any standard double or full size bed.
