Description
This mid-century Sheraton and Federal-inspired mahogany china cabinet beautifully blends classic early American proportions with clean architectural lines. The top hutch features a dramatic, carved broken-pediment swan-neck crown centered by an ornate turned finial and detailed rosette carvings, crowning a three-bay glass display case with fixed wooden shelving. Below, the credenza base is anchored by a beautifully contoured bowfront center stack of three deep drawers flanked by two side storage cabinets with subtly paneled doors. Constructed from fine walnut wood that highlights a rich, warm flame-grain pattern, the cabinet is accented by patinated brass oval backplate drop-pulls, carved foliate details on the upper corners of the base, and a wavy scalloped apron resting on sturdy bracket feet.
