Description

This elegant 40-piece service for 8 features vintage Towle Silversmiths flatware in the mid-century "Old Mirror" pattern. Drawing inspiration from Baroque and Rococo design. Originally introduced in 1940 and designed by Aram R. Kalashian, the pattern is characterized by its sculpted handles featuring delicate floral and scroll detailing flanking a central polished section that resembles a classic vanity hand mirror. This comprehensive estate collection consists of 8 table knives, 8 round-bowl soup spoons, 8 teaspoons, 8 dinner forks, and 8 salad forks, offering a complete, cohesive place setting for formal or everyday dining. Each piece showcases a bright, reflective sterling silver finish that beautifully accents the ornate craftsmanship of the handles, highlighting the traditional American silversmithing heritage that Towle is renowned for.
