Description

Antique 1850’s Dutch repousse 835 silver sugar shovel with a molded bowl showing a man and woman with a fishing net and basket, an interlocking zig zag handle and a topper in the shape of two noblemen talking. Bowl is stamped with the lion passant indicating second standard purity, topper stamped with the Minerva head duty mark, and handle stamped with date mark T (indicating manufacture in 1853).
