Description
An early 20th century wall-mounted oak bathroom medicine cabinet. Blending asimple, rustic exterior with a deeply unique, historically distressed interior. Crafted from solid oak with a warm honey-amber finish, the outer frame features a clean, flat top molding and a mitered four-plank door that houses a central rectangular mirror displaying authentic silvering loss and cloudy foxing. The door hangs on two exposed brass butterfly hinges and features an open keyhole, swinging open to reveal a striking, mottled interior backing lined with a vintage marbled pattern of dark green, brown, and gold tones. A single dark wood shelf divides the inner compartment into two spacious tiers. Complete with a small metal wall-mounting eyelet at the top and an inner lock catch.
